How do I know what shoe size to order?

How To Measure Your Feet

 

Wear the type of socks you’ll wear with your shoes and measure feet in the afternoon (feet typically swell during the day). Distribute weight evenly before measuring.

 

Step 1

 

 

Stand up straight on a hard surface with your heel against the wall and a piece of blank paper taped to the floor, flush against the wall beneath your foot.

 

Step 2

 

 

Have someone mark the longest part of your foot (referred to as heel-to-toe length) on the paper with a pen or pencil, or measure yourself if necessary. 

 

Repeat with the other foot, as right and left sizes may be different.

 

Step 3

 

 

Use a ruler to measure the heel-to-toe length you marked for each foot.

 

Measuring Tips

 

  • To ensure an accurate reading when measuring, flatten your foot by shifting your weight forward.
  • If your measurement is between two sizes, always move up to the larger size.
  • Be sure to measure both feet. Many people have feet of different sizes. Fit to the larger of the two.
  • Fit yourself at a similar time as when you will be wearing the footwear. 
  • For daily footwear, fit yourself when you’ve been on your feet all day because your feet have expanded.

 

For Lady

 

  • Please find your size in the women’s size chart. Then, refer to the men’s US size and select the men size when you are ordering.
  •  In case you are confused by the US, UK or EU size. Please refer to CM which is the same for men’s and women’s size. (For example, 26 CM is men US 8 or women US 9, but 26 CM remain the same).

 

Extra Tips

 

If you are still not sure or concerned about which size fit you best, you can go to a physical sneakers store where they sell the model you want. Try and get the right size there, then come back and buy from us.

What is Harcoz return policy?

We offer 14 days money back guarantee for every customer around the world. And we strive to make refund or exchange as easy and fast as possible for you.

 

  • ONLY defective items or wrong items sent can be refunded or exchanged within 14 days of receiving.

 

  • Please open the shipping box gently and keep it for awhile because you could use it for returning the item. The return address is written on the box.

 

  • For lost items, meaning you have not receive it after a longer than expected shipping time and the courier tracking system show that it is still in transit, we will full refund you.

 

  • No refund or exchange is accepted for lost items that is not due to the courier. For example, if the courier tracking system shows the items have been delivered, but you do not receive it. There will be no refund or exchange for that.

 

  • We will pay you back 50% of the returning postage. Please keep the receipt after posting because we need to see it.

 

  • A one-to-one exchange is subject to stock availability.

 

  • For certain items, original receipt is required for exchange or refund.

 

  • No refund of the difference if the price of the new item is lower than the original item.

 

What is PayPal Buyer Protection?

When you pay by your PayPal account, you are entitled to PayPal Buyer Protection, which give you extra insurance if the items are lost during shipment, wrong or defective items received.

Please note that your PayPal account need to meet the following requirements to enjoy PayPal Buyer Protection:

  • Your payment must be for an eligible item and made from your PayPal Account.
  • Open a Dispute within 180 Days of the date you sent the payment – then follow the online dispute resolution process described below under “Dispute Resolution”.
  • You must respond to PayPal’s request for documentation and other information in a timely manner.
  • Have an Account in good standing.
  • You have not received a recovery related to such purchase from another source.

Shipping Details

 

  • Your items will be well packed with packing paper and shipped in solid double box (the shoe box and a shipping box) to ensure you receive it in good condition.
  • Working days are from Mon to Fri (excluding Public Holidays).
  • Please note that the shipping time is just an estimation. Delay due to bad weather, security check and customer clearance is expected.
  • We will pay for all tax and duty.
  • In rare cases that you need to pay extra charges for the shipment, please keep the receipt then contact us immediately. We will pay you back.
  • Tracking number and tracking website will be provided to you once items shipped.

What happens if my items are not release from the custom?

So far, none of our customer has this problem. But, if it really happens, we will check with the courier and full refund you once we confirm that the items cannot be released from the custom.


Where are my items ship from?

All items are shipped from our warehouse in Singapore.

No item will be shipped directly from the factory in China or Vietnam because we will do a quality check in Singapore before shipping it to you.


Are my items well packed?

Yes. All items will be packed in a solid shipping box and sealed properly with scotch tape to prevent water going in. The shipping box will also stuff with packing paper to ensure you receive it in good condition.

 

For Sneakers

All sneakers will be shipped in double box (the shoe box and the shipping box). It will also be packed with packing paper to ensure the shoe box is in good condition upon receiving.


Do I need to pay tax and duty?

No, you don’t have to pay tax and duty because it is included in the price. In case you need to pay extra tax or duty, we will refund the amount to you before you receive the items.

 

If you end up paying more than the amount we refunded you, please keep the receipt, email it to us at harcoz.sg@gmail.com and we will pay you back accordingly.


What happens if my parcel returned to you?

In a rare case you parcel is returned to us. We will full refund you immediately via the payment method you used.


Can I ship to an address different from the billing address?

Yes. Simply tick the box next to “Ship to a different address?” during check out and fill in the receipt address.
